About FIDI

FIDI is the largest global alliance of professional international moving and relocation companies. We gather over 600 affiliates in more than 100 countries spanning the five continents.

Every FIDI Affiliate complies with the rigorous FIDI-FAIM quality standard, generally accepted as the supreme professional industry standard worldwide. This ensures final customers that only the top quality movers are part of the network. To us, clients’ satisfaction is the most important, and we can only reach this if they can trust our members.

About IAM

The IAM Logistics Network (ILN) is a new affiliate group that helps members develop and market non-traditional logistics-type services. The resources managed in logistics can include physical items, such as food, materials, equipment, liquids, and staff, as well as abstract items, such as time, information, particles, and energy.

Before ILN, many IAM members were already actively engaged in a wide variety of logistical activities but had no means to cooperate and reciprocate with business as is traditionally done on the household goods side of our industry. The real benefit of ILN is working through the existing network of IAM members with whom you’ve spent years developing relationships and trust.

About ISO 9001:2015

Conformity assessment involves a set of processes that show your product, service or system meets the requirements of a standard.

Undergoing the conformity assessment process has a number of benefits:

  • It provides consumers and other stakeholders with added confidence.
  • It gives your company a competitive edge.
  • It helps regulators ensure that health, safety or environmental conditions are met.
